“My roof had incurred damage from a heavy wind storm so I filed a claim. The insurance inspector came out and his report said there wasn’t anything wrong with my roof but didn’t bother to even make note of the leak in my attic that he even observed himself. Russell came out and inspected my roof and found all sorts of damage. He wrote up a report and submitted it to my insurance company and with that, the insurance company sent out another inspector. The roofers came by just a couple of days later at 7:30 in the morning and they worked about non-stop for the next 12 or so hours. They weren’t quite done after the day but cleaned up after themselves very thoroughly even sweeping the lawn with a powerful magnet to pick up any loose roofing nails.
They finished up the next day and the roof looks great. Our overall experience with House Transformers has been exceptional.
